STAR MULTILINGUAL BOOKS (SMB) is a ONE STOP SOLUTION of your needs for books in Hindi and other Indian regional language. SMB publishes books on various general subjects including CHILDREN BOOKS, DICTIONARIES in monolingual, bilingual and trilingual formats for the local market as well as overseas. Since the last few years we have also started stocking publications in certain Regional languages of India like URDU, BENGALI, GUJARATI. PUNJABI & TAMIL and can supply books in these languages.
Our sister concern STAR PUBLICATIONS PVT LTD is one of the oldest publishing house in India, Established in 1961 we started publishing low priced STAR POCKET BOOKS in Hindi and Urdu. These pocket books priced at Rs 1 or 2 at that time were very popular . Some of our titles had a print order of over 50000 copies and the we feel proud of having published some of the most popular authors of that time which included authors like Gulshan Nanda, Dutt Bharti, Adil Rashid, Rajvansh etc.
In 1961 only , we started supplying books in Hindi , Urdu and Punjabi language to the India office of U S Library of Congress, Washington, USA and are still supplying them.

In the year 1999 we achieved another milestone by opening a Branch office in LONDON by the name of STAR BOOKS, which is now perhaps the only bookshop in whole of England dedicated exclusively to the distribution of Indian publications. We cater to the European and American Market also through our London Branch Office.
Our another sister concern HINDI BOOK CENTRE (HBC) came into existence in year 1972 and its showroom covers an area of over 4000 sq feet.
HBC is a ONE STOP SOLUTION to all your needs for Hindi books published from any part of India. It is the only bookshop where all types of books in all subjects published  by appx. 800 publishers of the country are available. The books are arranged in alphabetical order as per the subjects. Therefore even if you have the name of a particular book, you can look for it by yourself.
We also have a section displaying latest books in English. Our export unit STAR MULTILINGUAL BOOKS supplies books in all Indian languages to over 75 countries of the world . It also undertakes printing jobs from overseas at most competitive rates.
